The Domino’s Pizza Manufacturing Facility is a build-to-suit facility located at 9701 Georgia Street, Crown Point, Indiana. Located on Georgia Street, north of E. 101st Ave, the site sits just off (and visible from) I-65 and offers quick access to US 30 (Lincoln Highway) and Rt 231, both major east-west thoroughfares. The Property is roughly 40 miles south-southeast of downtown Chicago, and offers direct access into the City, the Chicagoland area, and other Midwest locations throughout Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, and Wisconsin. This location was strategically selected to service Domino’s restaurants in those areas.
