Intercontinental acquired a leasehold condominium interest in 4 Blackfan Circle, a first-class, institutionally occupied life science facility in the Longwood Medical Area (“LMA”) of Boston. The property consists of 192,140 sf of space which is 100% leased to Harvard Medical School, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Brigham Women’s Hospital. The LMA is comprised of 18.9 million square feet of administrative, clinical and research space housing 24 leading medical, academic, religious and cultural organizations.
