920 N. Wells is a ground up 21 story multifamily development located at 920 North Wells Street, Chicago, Illinois. The project includes approximately 238 Class A apartment units along with ~7,700sf of ground floor retail and 107 parking spaces. This project is the first building within Phase I of the North Union Development site in Chicago.
The Project is located in the coveted Wells Street Corridor on Chicago’s North Side.
