400 University
Intercontinental entered into a ground lease located at 400 University Street in Seattle, Washington. It is anticipated that this project will be interconnected with the larger Rainier Square Tower through a ground floor atrium and other common elements as well as a parking garage. The block also includes an existing office tower, which will remain on the block.
