Boston, MA, September 22, 2022 – Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, a national real estate investment, development and management firm headquartered in Boston, MA, announced the appointment of Paul J. Nasser to President.

As President, Mr. Nasser continues to manage the firm’s resources across investment and operating disciplines. He is a member of the Senior Management Committee, Investment Committee, Technology Committee, Valuation Committee, and oversees Performance Reporting, Investor Relations, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Technology, and Administration. Mr. Nasser has been a member of the Intercontinental team for twenty-two years. Prior to his new promotion, Mr. Nasser was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Nasser received his BA in Urban Planning from the University of Rhode Island in 1983 and his MBA from Suffolk University in 1998.
