Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation Appoints Bart Weinstein and Matt Harrington to Senior Managing Directors – Co-Heads of Institutional Services
Boston, MA, May 16, 2023 – Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, a national real estate investment, development and management firm headquartered in Boston, MA, announced the appointment of Bart Weinstein and Matt Harrington to Senior Managing Directors – Co-Heads of Institutional Services.
As Senior Managing Directors – Co-Heads of Institutional Services, Mr. Weinstein and Mr. Harrington will oversee the Institutional Services team for Intercontinental. They will also continue to work closely with institutional investors and investment consultants, growing and servicing Intercontinental’s investor base.
Mr. Weinstein has been a member of the Intercontinental team for twelve years. Mr. Harrington has been a member of the Intercontinental team for nine years. Prior to their new roles, both Mr. Weinstein and Mr. Harrington were Directors for the Institutional Services team. Mr. Weinstein received his BA in Government & Political Science from Cornell University. Mr. Harrington received his BS from Babson College and MBA from Northeastern University.
