David Reneker hired as Director, Institutional Services

Boston, MA, November 30, 2020 – Boston based Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, a national real estate investment, development, and management firm headquartered in Boston, MA announced the recent hire of David Reneker to Director, Institutional Services. He will be working out of Intercontinental’s West Coast Office in Los Angeles, CA.

As Director, Mr. Reneker will work closely with institutional investors and investment consultants as part of the Institutional Services Group. He will be responsible for covering and expanding Intercontinental’s Institutional relationships nationwide with a focus on the West Coast and in Texas.

Prior to joining Intercontinental, Mr. Reneker worked with the Kelson Group, a New York based product placement team, where he was a significant contributor to the firm’s fundraising efforts. Before his role with Kelson, Mr. Reneker was a Senior Vice President in Institutional Sales for Nuveen Asset Management. There, he was an integral member of the fundraising team and worked closely with investment consultants throughout the industry. Mr. Reneker was also a Vice President of Institutional Sales for Donaldson & Co. and the Chief Financial Officer of Carroll Shelby Enterprises. Mr. Reneker has over 20 years of investment experience and strong relationships in the Taft-Hartley and Public Pension sectors.

Mr. Reneker earned his B.A. in Political Science from University of California, Los Angeles and holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses.
