Intercontinental Real Estate Investment Fund IV, LLC (IREIF IV) is a $200 million closed-ended commingled fund.  The investment strategy for IREIF IV is a value-added fund with a strategy to assemble a Northeast based portfolio of approximately 10 real property assets in need of repositioning, rehabilitation and/or construction.
